Centralised reviews in Shopware
Give customers feedback from others to help compare their choices. FroggShop brings reviews from the selected sources into a common format used by the shop’s displays.
Link each review to its product and source
Product reviews retain their origin and, where available, their link to an order. The same system also supports reviews associated with other entities, such as the shop.
Present received information consistently
Connectors transmit the available ratings, comments and media. Media are standardised for use in the planned displays, without requiring customers to visit a different interface for each source.
Define sources and publication rules
The providers actually enabled, access credentials, synchronisation frequency and item matching must be checked. A new provider requires its own connection.
Reuse rights, moderation and review retention still need to be organised. Centralisation alone does not certify the authenticity of every review; some historical reviews may not match an order held in the shop.
