Visitors need to understand the cookie uses they are offered. FroggShop provides an extension point for the Shopware manager to add project-specific categories and cookies.
Present choices that reflect actual uses
The team identifies the tools actually installed, their cookies and their purposes. This information informs the labels and descriptions presented to visitors.
The foundation includes an extensible cookie provider with sample entries. These examples are not a ready-to-publish list for your store.
Connect choices to the relevant tools
Adding a cookie to the list of choices and making a script conditional on that choice are separate tasks. The actual triggering of each tool must be checked, particularly after refusal or a change of preference.
Logging choices is a separate capability. It does not replace checking behaviour in the browser.
Organise validation before publication
The scope requires validation of purposes, wording, durations and third-party services with the people responsible for the project.
This technical mechanism is not compliance certification. Adding an analytics tool later must trigger another check of the choices and their enforcement.
