Email preparation diagnostics in Shopware

Support can examine email preparation through logs of MJML template conversion to HTML when this format is used. This scope is not a complete history of sent emails; sending logs must be assessed with the project mail service.

Start with the message and the affected step

Support must distinguish incorrectly prepared content, a transmission error and a message the recipient cannot find. These situations require different diagnostic evidence.

MJML is a template format converted to HTML to produce email content. Conversion logs help examine preparation errors before sending.

Do not confuse conversion with receipt

Successful conversion indicates that content was prepared at that stage. It proves neither delivery to the recipient server nor that the message was read.

To investigate beyond preparation, support needs logs from the sending service. Their events and viewing interface must be assessed separately.

Define the evidence available to support

The project must specify log sources, retained events, correlation information and access periods.

Message and recipient data require appropriate permissions. This page does not describe a native deliverability or email open tracking capability.
