Email preview: review messages before sending in Shopware
Before a transactional message is sent, teams need to check its content. FroggShop uses the template preview journey in the Shopware administration.
Examine a message without sending it to the customer
Previewing is used to review how a template renders. It is separate from sending: opening a preview must not be confused with a delivery test.
Check content in context
The preview generation process provides a FroggShop event for project-specific adaptations. Teams check the text, variables and shared message elements.
The languages and representative data used for review must be chosen before approval.
Complement previews with controlled sending tests
A preview does not prove deliverability or rendering in every email client. Any sending tests must target test mailboxes, not real recipients.
Previewing complements template management; it does not replace checking the business trigger that will send the message.
