Internal read-only diagnostics in Shopware
Internal diagnostic tools inspect platform status without changing business data or configuration. They help authorised teams gather facts before deciding on an intervention.
Gather technical observations
Ops tools inspect application health, container and resource status, and data services. They can also report message volumes and consumers in processing queues.
These observations are available to internal tooling through MCP, the protocol connecting an assistant to authorised tools.
Distinguish observation from repair
The Ops scope does not restart services, purge queues or modify the database. Corrective intervention requires a separate procedure and appropriate authorisation.
An empty queue or a reachable service is not enough to conclude that all business processing succeeded. Diagnostics must be compared with logs and the reported symptom.
Plan access and limits
The tools depend on accessible infrastructure and the permissions required for their checks. Read-only access does not remove the need to protect returned information.
This is an internal tool, not a public merchant dashboard or an assistant that handles incidents autonomously.
