These fields serve specific needs: distinguishing destinations or providing another contact detail, without imposing the same form on every project.
Adapt the messages shown to customers
Newsletter registration processing takes account of whether email confirmation is required to adapt the response message.
The contact form retains standard Shopware behaviour. Adding business-specific contact fields requires further scoping; these adaptations are not a form builder.
