Choose a pickup point in a unified Shopware journey
Customers choose a delivery location, not a carrier interface. FroggShop brings together the pickup points offered for their basket on a single map or list.
One journey across enabled carriers
The available connectors cover Chronopost, Colissimo and Mondial Relay. Checkout searches use the delivery methods available for the basket and sales context.
Your teams associate each connector with a delivery method and configure the required access. Coverage depends on the carriers and areas selected.
Validate the selection before saving it
When a pickup point is selected, the server retrieves or reloads it and checks that its delivery method is still available. A pickup point that cannot be found or is no longer eligible is not saved.
The selection is added to the basket, then the pickup point address and reference are included in the order. Customers follow the same checkout journey regardless of the selected connector.
Plan for external service outages
Search errors are isolated by carrier so that other available results can still appear. This does not guarantee permanent delivery service availability.
Carrier contracts, access credentials, cache duration and recovery messages need to be prepared. Adding an unsupported carrier requires a suitable connector.
