Review products and their shipments
Each order brings together its deliveries and quantity details for each line. The journey distinguishes, in particular, between partial and complete shipment.
This information helps customers understand why products from the same purchase may be at different stages.
Choose a summary status that suits operations
The team chooses a view based on shipped quantities or delivery completion. In the second mode, all deliveries must reach a status defined as complete before the order is shown as completed.
Badge visibility also depends on the permitted order statuses. Orders in progress can automatically expand their details in the history.
Rely on data actually received
The information displayed reflects the order and delivery data held in the shop. It is neither parcel geolocation nor a guarantee of real-time updates.
Business statuses, tracking sources and synchronisation frequency must be defined. In delivery-completion mode, an order with no delivery remains in progress.
