Customers want a pickup point that fits their daily routine. FroggShop uses the location information entered to query the configured carriers and order the results.
Search from a known location
Postcode, town and address can be used to search for pickup points. The journey also has location services that work from a position.
Customers can search around a convenient location before choosing where to receive their purchase.
Browse results by distance
Carrier responses are combined in a common format, then sorted by distance. The number of results displayed and their cache duration are configurable.
Separate search results from confirmed selection
A search result is not a delivery choice. Selecting a pickup point remains a separate step, with a carrier availability check.
Accuracy and coverage depend on location data and connected services. A search with no results requires a different location or delivery method.
